Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
  • Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repair may not be accepted.
  • Certain items such as software, downloadable products, or clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we would exchange it at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, a replacement of equal value or a refund may be issued.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided return address.

Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns (without an RA number) may not be processed.
  • Please allow 2–3 business days after receipt for return inspection.
  • Refunds and exchanges are only processed once the item passes inspection.
